Bregenzer Festspiele 2027

The Bregenzer Festspiele combine great opera with one of Europe’s most beautiful natural settings. In 2027, Damiano Michieletto’s production of La traviata returns to the Lake Stage. At the Festspielhaus, director Mariame Clément stages Othmar Schoeck’s opera Penthesilea – a moving piece about passion, love, and social constraints. The festival is complemented by a diverse programme of further opera productions, orchestral concerts, chamber music and contemporary music theatre.
