Directions
The starting point is at the Kristbergbahn mountain station (information board for running routes) and leads along the wide path into the valley and slightly uphill. Wonderful views open up repeatedly. The distinctive mountain peak Lobspitze is your constant companion on the route. Through forest sections, you reach the Kneipp facility “Siebenbrünnele”. Here, seven mountain springs come together. Those who want can take a kneipp bath here and enjoy the magnificent panorama at the same time. The route continues straight ahead and you then reach the Wildried high moor. You return to the starting point by the same path.
