    From the hut Ravensburger you reach the 2679 metre high Spullerschafberg via a wonderful hiking trail and enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of Lake Spullersee.

    The local mountain of the hut Ravensburger is one of the most striking mountain peaks in the surrounding mountains. The ascent is challenging and beautiful at the same time. A head for heights and absolute sure-footedness are prerequisites for this summit hike. In winter the mountain is popular with ski tourers.

    A stop at the hut Ravensburger is an absolute must for every hiker.

  • Directions

    The signposted hiking trail to the Spullerschafberg begins directly at the hut Ravensburger. At the beginning, the path climbs moderately steeply over grass flanks in a westerly direction. After about an hour you reach a plateau. From here the characteristics of the trail change. Starting from the plateau and heading north, the trail climbs steeper over a narrow path. The path leads over stone slabs, boulders and rocks along the Grads to the summit. Along the Grad, a head for heights is a challenge.
    For an ascent it is recommended that the path is dry. On the stone slabs and the rocks, the danger of slipping is particularly high in wet conditions. 
    The same path takes you back downhill to the starting point of the hike, the hut Ravensubrger.

  • Public transportation:

    Take the train to Langen am Arlberg or St. Anton am Arlberg station. From there, buses (no. 91 +92) run at regular intervals to Lech Zürs am Arlberg.

    Approach:

    From Germany: Take the A 96 to Bregenz from there on the A14 to Bludenz, continue on the S16 to the Lech Zürs am Arlberg exit. Follow the B197 to Alpe Rauz, turn left here onto the B198. Through the Flexengalerie and over the Flexenpass you reach Lech Zürs am Arlberg.

    From Switzerland: Via the A13 and the Feldkirch, Hohenems or Lustenau border crossing onto the A14 as far as Bludenz. Continue on the S16 until the exit Lech Zürs am Arlberg. Follow the B197 to Alpe Rauz, turn left here onto the B198. Through the Flexengalerie and over the Flexenpass you reach Lech Zürs am Arlberg.

    From Austria: Take the Inntal motorway A12 and then the S16 to the St. Anton am Arlberg exit (Arlbergpass). Follow the B197 first through St. Anton, then through St. Christoph and over the Arlberg Pass to Alpe Rauz. Turn right here onto the B198. Through the Flexengalerie and over the Flexenpass you reach Lech Zürs am Arlberg.
