    This route leads you with a great view from Hotel Fernblick to Innerberg to the Gasthaus Mühle.

    The easy route leads you from the village uphill over meadow slopes. Passing rustic alpine huts and snow-covered forests you go to Innerberg. You will be constantly accompanied by pleasant silence and an impressive view of the peaks of the Rätikon that tower on the opposite side of the valley.

    Take a snack and a thermos with hot drinks with you. There are numerous opportunities along the way to settle down, including with a fabulous view, to enjoy the landscape and your snack.

    The start of this route is the Fernblick bus stop. From here you walk with your snowshoes uphill on meadow slopes and cross the Riederhofweg. After a short climb, you switch to a level section and continue further into the valley. Along the Tröllerweg you finally reach the Mühlweg by Gasthaus Mühle, which is also your destination. At Gasthaus Mühle you can refresh yourself from the snowshoe route and take the bus back.

    If you still have enough desire, energy and strength, you can return via the same route back to the Fernblick bus stop.

    The regional buses operate throughout Montafon. The main lines run every half hour from Schruns train station.

    Arrival by train to Montafon

    From Bludenz station the Montafonerbahn runs hourly (partly every half hour). There are also direct connections from Lindau (D) and Bregenz.

    Approach:

    Take the A14 to the Bludenz/Montafon exit and continue on Montafonerstraße L188 to St. Anton im Montafon. At St. Anton, turn left (directly at the train station) and follow the road to Bartholomäberg.

    Opposite the Baroque church Bartholomäberg, about 15 minutes walk to the starting point.

    There are no public parking spaces at the Ferienhotel Fernblick. It is therefore advisable to arrive by public bus (bus line 84).
