    Stage 1 of the scenic high-altitude hike in the Lechquellengebirge, featuring a stay at an alpine hut in one of Vorarlberg’s most beautiful spots: LakeSpullersee.

    The hike begins inthe forest on the Arlbergand follows theSpreubachtobel valley, past rushing streams and through shady woods. The trail climbs steadily uphill, offering frequent beautiful views of the Klostertal valley. After about 2–3 hours of hiking, you’ll reachSpullersee—a high-alpine reservoir and popular photo spot. From the lake, the route continues along well-marked trails tothe Ravensburger Hütte, where you can wind down the day in comfort. On the sun terrace, you can enjoy thepanoramic view of the Spullerseeand regional hut classics.
