  •   The Municipal Library (13) has had a very volatile history. In 1871-2 the town’s construction engineer, Jacob Eibner, built this house for his own use. For some time it was used as a small monastic center for the Ursuline Sisters. Later the city purchased it, and since 1991 it has housed the present Municipal Library.
