Revier Mountain Lodge Montafon, St. Gallenkirch
Austria’s first Revier hotel is to open in June 2022 at the Valisera Bahn valley terminal, featuring 107 rooms, all with panoramic windows. As the first hotel of the group in Austria, it will be equipped with a spacious seminar area and fitness studio. Josefsheim, Schruns
After more than 400 days of construction work, Josefsheim, a former nursing home, is set to open in the very centre of Schruns. The first and only hostel in Montafon sleeps guests in spacious bunks made from pinewood. Altogether, there are 13 double and dorm rooms. A small chalet village with five units featuring 45 m² of living space is to open in Mäder in June 2022.

Zapfig Living, Wald am Arlberg
The new Zapfig Living building opened in October 2021 in Wald am Arlberg. It accommodates fully equipped suites with 8 beds and a balcony. On the ground floor there is a day café, a 24/7 vending machine, and a fitness studio with a sauna. zapfig-living.at

Masura Cabins, Bürserberg
The three Masusra Cabins, all built in eco-friendly timber design, opened in December 2021 in Bürserberg in Brandnertal. Each 45 m² cabin features two bedrooms sleeping up to 4. From the terraces, lovely views of the surrounding mountains unfold. www.masuracabins.at

Pfänderglück, Lochau
In summer 2022, the 4 Pfänderglück holiday homes will open on Pfänder, the 1,064 m high local mountain of Bregenz. Every home sleeps 8. Timber flooring and modern alpine style combine to create a cosy feel. pfaenderglueck.at

Honolulu Hotel in Bregenz
Centrally located, the former Hotel Helvetia in Bregenz is being transformed into a creative place for meeting and working. For the first 12 months, the hotels will offer rooms for overnight stays, desks or small offices, and a café with a garden. In July 2022, the Schwarzman family is to open Berghaus Schröcken, a stylish retreat for hikers and winter sports lovers. The new complex consists of three buildings. On-site facilities include “Alwins Stammtisch” – a small inn, a spa and an outdoor pool. There is a choice of 22 studios and 18 apart­ments, all furnished with wood and alpine materials. Campingpark Bregenzerwald, Doren
Forest peace and summer retreat. Surrounded by a lot of greenery and tall fir trees and directly on the Bregenzerach river, the comprehensively redesigned Campingpark Bregenzerwald is located in the village Doren. In the course of extensive renovations, three new buildings with wooden facades have been erected on the site of the former railroad station. The Four Points by Sheraton-Hotel in Dornbirn is expanding the Panorama Haus, a building visible from afar, by 44 new rooms. A restaurant open to the general public is accommodated on the ground floor. Gasthof Taube, Rankweil
The tradition-steeped Gasthaus Traube in Rankweil is set to re-open in the early summer of 2022 with old-world charm and new splendour. The focus will be on beer culture, as the inn is owned by the Vorarlberg Frastanz brewery. Rufana Alp, a popular mountain-top restaurant up on Tschengla in Bürserberg, has been providing accommodation for overnight visitors since December 2021.
