01 Straight from the Alpine-cheese dairy
The Alma Online Shop offers Vorarlberg Mountain Cheese, Emmentaler, Alpine cheese, delicious aperitif cakes and even powdered whey, which can be used as a bath essence to make your skin silky smooth. The online shop is jointly operated by three Alpine-cheese dairies from Lutzenreute, Hinteregg near Bregenz, and Schnepfau in Bregenzerwald.
02 Delicacies from Vorarlberg… offering traditional Vorarlberg cheeses directly from the Alpine-cheese dairy including: Mountain Cheeses of various degrees of maturity, different semi-hard cheeses, a ready-to-use cheese mix for the regional speciality ‘Käsknöpfle’, different types of Camembert, as well as Sura Kees from the Montafon area. Special raw-milk butter and other delicacies from Vorarlberg are also offered.
03 Carefully selected cheese
Seven farmers from Bregenzerwald deliver their cheeses under the same umbrella, kaes.at. In addition to links to the various producers, cheese lovers will also find plenty of interesting information about cheese, the producers and the Bregenzerwald region. Aficionados from Vienna will be able to source such products at various city markets in addition to kaes.at.
04 Cheese in size XXL
This online shop sells mild and strong cheese varieties from Bregenzerwald Alpine-cheese dairies. Get to know the varieties available by ordering a “Sepp,” which is a sampler package subscription available in various sizes, in addition to gift sets in wooden boxes or even an entire 28-kg wheel of Mountain Cheese.
05 Cheese subscription
The Käsehaus Andelsbuch offers special cheese subscriptions. Over the course of three consecutive months, you can savour the flavours of various delicious hard and semi-hard cheese varieties. In addition to exceptional cheeses, there is even a fondue mix and other delicacies in our online shop.
06 Whey & cheese
Ingo Metzler from Egg specialises in whey cosmetics and goats’ milk cheeses. Marinated goats’ milk cheeses, cream cheese from goats’ milk, and a special ready-to use mix for Kässpätzle are all featured. Sig or “Bregenzerwald chocolate,” a caramelized milk sugar, is also available.
07 Additional shops from members of the KäseStrasse Bregenzerwald
Soft cheeses, semi-hard cheeses and 300 g to 1,000 g pieces of alpine and mountain cheeses matured for different lengths of time can be ordered from Käsestrasse Bregenzerwald. In addition to the cheese varieties, the shop also has a fondue and cheese dumpling mix on offer and also provides an overview of the partner shops.
