Madrisella summit path
-
Höhenprofil
The mountain route is a scenic circular route that makes the high alpine character of the Silvretta tangible. From the mountain station of the Versettla cable car, it goes slightly uphill to the eponymous summit, then on to the Madrisella, which requires some sure-footedness. The path leads through the Nova valley via Alp Nova back to the mountain station.
This scenic summit path also takes you along a ridge to the Madrisella and further on to the Matschunerjoch. From the Madrisella, you have a stunning view of the majestic Silvretta and its mountain peaks.
Attention: The last downhill ride of the Versettla cable car is at 5:00 PM

Directions
At the mountain station of the Versettla cable car begins one of the most beautiful high trails of the Montafon. From the mountain station, it goes quite steeply to the mountain station of the Burglift and from there through rock blocks further to the Versettla, a first beautiful viewpoint and grassy area. Over the Matschuner ridge path, it continues, first almost flat, then over a steep section to the summit cross of the Madrisella. There is a magnificent view there. After descending from the Madrisella, the hiking trail heads right down into the Nova valley. Past the Seressee, the route leads to Alp Nova. From Alp Nova, after crossing the Vermielbach, it goes right up to the mountain station of the Versettla cable car, the starting point of the route. There are places to eat at Alp Nova and at the Nova Stoba.
