Höhenprofil
Explore the dreamy Montafon winter landscape near the valley!
You don’t always have to go high up, because with this snowshoe hike you also get a beautiful impression of the snowy season in Montafon. Explore Montafon and its special features on the wintery paths.
Snowshoe hikes are endurance sports. Before the snowshoe season, do basic training in other endurance sports. The valuable stress stimuli for the heart and circulatory system require health and good self-assessment. Avoid time pressure and increase the intensity and scope of your routes slowly. Fluids, energy, and breaks are necessary to maintain performance and concentration. Hot, isotonic drinks are ideal thirst quenchers and heat providers. Muesli bars, dried fruit, and cookies satisfy small hunger on the way.
