    Trailrunning delight over the alpine paths of the Hochjoch.

    From the Grasjoch cable car, take the alpine trail to the summit of the Zamangspitze. The subsequently wonderfully runnable trail section to the Panorama cable car mountain station leads you over the ridge to the Wormser Hut and to the lakes in the Seetal. Past Kälbersee and Schwarzsee, continue to the Innerkapell Alpe.

    At Kälbersee, Seetalhüsli, you can relax and cool down on the SUPs (free rental without reservation). Dining options at the Grasjoch Hut, Wormser Hut, Kapellrestaurant, and at the Innerkapell Alpe (observe opening hours).

  • Directions

    From the Grasjoch cable car mountain station, it first goes over an alpine meadow path and later over an alpine hiking trail to the summit of the Zamangspitze. Once there, a breathtaking panoramic view over the Montafon mountain world awaits. The following trailrunning section follows the easy runnable trails towards the Panorama cable car mountain station. There, you first see the picturesque Seetal with Herzsee, Schwarzsee, and Kälbersee. Simply follow the single trails towards Wormser Hut and Sennigrat cable car mountain station. Then follows a short descent to Kälbersee and Schwarzsee. There the path branches off towards Innerkapell Alpe. Here you have two options, with the nicely runnable variant to Surblies recommended for trailrunners. Upon arrival at Innerkapell Alpe, it goes over the service road to the valley station of the Seebliega cable car. Pass this on the valley side to reach the steep hiking trail (beware of old snow!) on the front side of the Kapell. From there it goes over the forest meadow path to the Kapellrestaurant. Optionally, you can return directly with the Hochjoch cable car or Zamang cable car to Schruns. Alternatively, it is also possible to use the Sennigrat cable car and a short hiking section over the Kreuzjoch to the Hochalpila cable car mountain station. From there you can take the Hochalpila cable car and Grasjoch cable car down to St. Gallenkirch in Silvretta Park Montafon.
