    On this small enjoyable winter hiking route in the Grasjoch ski area, you enjoy a breathtaking panorama and can later let the impressions sink in with a small refreshment at the Grasjoch Hut.

    This route is marked with the pink number 8 on the overview map "Activity Map Snow" on the back. The map is available free of charge at the Montafon tourist offices.

    You reach the Grasjoch Hut by the Grasjoch Bahn. The small circular hiking route starts and ends there.

    The regional buses run throughout Montafon. The main lines run every half hour from Schruns train station.

    Arrival by train to Montafon

    From Bludenz train station, the Montafonerbahn runs hourly (sometimes every half hour). There are also direct connections from Lindau (D) and from Bregenz.

    Approach:

    Take the A14 to the Bludenz/Montafon exit and continue on Montafonerstraße L188 to St. Gallenkirch to the Valisera Bahn. Behind the Valisera Bahn you will find the Grasjoch Bahn.
