Beautiful jogging track that leads along forest roads and forest paths along the Lechweg to Warth. The tour can of course also be run back on the same route.

The second stage of the Lechweg from Lech to Warth is also a wonderful jog along the Lech. The hilly terrain and the mostly wide forest roads invite you to relax and run or do intensive interval training. In warth you can either take the bus back to Lech or walk back the same way.

The flowing forest paths in the last third are ideal for small intermediate sprints and interval training.

  • Directions

From the Lech Zürs Tourist Information, one first jogges comfortably in the direction of Flühenweg. Here you already meet the Lechweg, whose signs will guide you further on. Above Stubenbach you continue along beautiful forest paths until you turn left at the edge of the forest to stay on the LEchweg. From here, the trail descends steadily for 10 minutes, before continuing above the Lech on steep paths. Several rivers can be crossed with the help of small bridges, the hilly terrain is ideal for joggers. In the last third you finally walk along flowing forest paths, the roots are the ideal ground for technical jogging. A few interval units are recommended before descending another 5 minutes to the bridge to Warth. If you jog back the same way, you can already turn back here and run back to Lech. Otherwise after the bridge it goes uphill to Warth, where you can wait for the bus to take you back to Lech with a cup of coffee (don’t forget Lechcard).
