Summit Tour Fanggekarspitze
-
Höhenprofil
The summit of the Fanggekarspitze is a wonderful destination for hikers in the area around the Stuttgarter Hütte. The hike can also be started at Rüfikopf.
The Fanggekarspitze is a beautiful summit and rises behind the Stuttgarter Hütte. The summit is easy to reach, but sure-footedness and freedom from dizziness are important, as the final ascent is not very steep. The hike described here starts in Stubenbach, but if you want to shorten the tour, you can also start at Rüfikopf. After the summit follows the beautiful descent into the picturesque Pazieltal, a beautiful valley with a unique view of the Valluga. Then you take the local bus from Zürs back to Lech.
The Stuttgarter Hütte lures to a stop and rest.

Directions
From Stubenbach follow the signposted path to Wästersattel and Wöster. A steep path leads in serpentines to the Wöstersattel, where you can enjoy the view over to the Rüfikpf. From Wöstersattel you follow the beautiful path towards Rüfikopf and Wöster. This section is wonderful for hiking, the view takes your breath away again and again. In the so-called Ochsengümple you follow the signs to the left in the direction of Rauhe Kopf Scharte and Stuttgarter Hütte. In the Rauhe Kopf Scharte you can already see the Stuttgarter Hütte and the Fanggekarspitze. It goes slightly downhill to the picturesquely situated Stuttgarter Hütte. From here you reach the summit in about an hour via a beautiful path. The view over to Valluga and Tyrol is breathtakingly beautiful. From the summit it goes down again to the Stuttgarter hut. Here a snack is tempting before it goes down over the Pazieltal to Zürs. The local bus takes you back to Lech.
