A varied high mountain route in the picturesque Rätikon. With a breathtaking view, it goes over the Rellstal to the Heinrich Hueter Hut.
A route for mountain lovers who appreciate the natural beauty of the mountains as well as refined, regional cuisine. The hiking trails lead through the varied Rätikon. The limestone of the Rätikon in contrast to the blooming alpine meadows on the steep walls of the impressive Zimba shapes the character of the first stage up to the Heinrich Hueter Hut.
Important: On this route, you should plan your daily sections personally and reserve overnight stays at the huts in advance!

Directions
Starting from the Golmerbahn top station, follow the signpost towards Platzisalpe, continue through the shadow forest and past the Rellstal alpine inn until after another ascent you arrive at the Heinrich Hueter Hut.

Just leave your car standing
The regional buses of Montafonerbahn run throughout the Montafon. The main lines run hourly from Schruns station.
From Schruns station you reach the Golmerbahn in Latschau by bus line 1. The stop is: “Golmerbahn”.
For the return trip
With bus line 1 you get back from Latschau to Schruns station.
Arrival by train
From Bludenz station, the Montafonerbahn runs hourly (partially half-hourly). There are also direct connections from Lindau (D) or from Bregenz.
Approach:
Coming from Bludenz on the B188, you must turn off at the intersection on the main road before Schruns towards Tschagguns and drive to Latschau.
