This connecting track links the large Trantraus circuit with the large and small village circuits of Partenen.
Cross-country skiing strengthens the cardiovascular system and shapes the figure. In Montafon, the cross-country ski trails can be used free of charge.

Directions
In the Außerbofa area in Partenen (near Rifabecken), the connecting cross-country trail starts and follows the Ill river inland downstream to the end of the parking lot of the Vermuntbahn. There you cross the bridge and continue along the trail past the fire department further inland. Through the meadow, you then reach the center to the Vallülasaal or energie.raum in Partenen.

Just leave your car standing
The regional buses of the Montafonerbahn operate throughout Montafon. The main lines run hourly from Schruns station.
From Schruns station you can reach Partenen by bus line 650. The stop is: “Bergbahnen“. From the bus stop, you reach the valley station of the Vermuntbahn in five minutes on foot.
For the return journey
You can return from Partenen to Schruns station by bus line 650.
Arrival by train
From Bludenz station, the Montafonerbahn runs hourly (partly every half hour). There are also direct connections from Lindau (D) or from Bregenz.
Approach:
Coming from Bludenz, take the Bludenz/Montafon motorway exit and follow the L188 into Montafon to Partenen (Vermuntbahn).
