Directions
From the top station of the Kristberg cable car, walk slightly downhill to the left to the Kristberg panoramic inn. Pass the St. Agatha miners’ chapel and after about 15 minutes reach the Kristberg saddle or the forest school. After the forest school, the route continues with a short steep stretch to the Ganzaleita viewpoint. From here you can look into the neighboring Klostertal. The route continues to the next viewpoint, Falla, the highest point of the snowshoe route. From here you descend and hike back to the starting point via Fulateila and Maschleu.

The regional buses run throughout Montafon. The main lines run every half hour from Schruns train station.

Arrival by train to Montafon
The Montafon railway runs from Bludenz station hourly (partly half-hourly). There are also direct connections from Lindau (D) and from Bregenz.

Approach:
Drive on the A14 to the Bludenz/Montafon exit and continue on Montafonerstraße L188 to Schruns. From Schruns you reach Silbertal.
