Tristelleralpe training run
-
Höhenprofil
Ideal for joggers & trail runners to keep fit or for intensive interval training on the mountain.
On wide forest roads it goes over Stubenbach up to the Tristelleralpe (not farmed). On the way to the Alpe, the terrain offers itself again and again for hill climbs and intermediate sprints in order to increase your own performance on the mountain. You will be rewarded with a wonderful view over to Bürstegg and Oberlech. The Tristelleralpe is illuminated the longest in the evening sun, which is why this tour is also ideal for evening jogging.
The terrain & gradient are ideal for in between sprints & interval training.
