Directions
The tour starts at Kirchplatz in Schruns and leads down through the pedestrian zone. You pass the shop Zimba Moden, cross the bridge and walk along the street between Apparthotel Litz and Hotel Krone. Then follow Montjolastraße up to the first curve. There you turn left and follow Broxweg to Kloster Gauenstein. The path continues slightly uphill to the viewpoint Landschrofen-Känzili. You can enjoy views towards Tschagguns and Rodunder Lakes. Rest benches are available inviting you to take a break. You make an easy descent through the snowy and idyllic Gauserwald down to Kaltenbrunnen. Not far away is the JUFA Montafon. There is a great indoor area for kids to let off steam. Meanwhile, parents can watch their children while enjoying a cozy coffee. After the break, the path goes along the sidewalk to Kaltenbrunnen Station. You cross the railway crossing and then turn left immediately into Illweg and follow it to Tschagguns Station.
