Partnunblick via ferrata
-
Höhenprofil
A challenging route that leads you through a breathtaking limestone rock face and offers magnificent views.
The Partnunblick via ferrata offers you a varied but quite demanding via ferrata experience in the neighboring Switzerland. The route, designed as a continuation of the family via ferrata, leads through vertical and slightly overhanging rock walls and, along with the south face route of the Sulzfluh, is probably the most challenging via ferrata in the Rätikon. Besides excellent limestone, you can enjoy a stunning view deep down onto the Partnunsee.
Approach: From the Tilisunahütte via the Tilisunafürkele on the marked hiking trail towards Carschinahütte. Slightly above the Partnunsee, the signposted approach path to the family via ferrata branches off.
You reach the Partnunblick via ferrata best via the family via ferrata. From its exit, you can reach the entrance on foot through the Gemstobel in about 20 minutes.
Descent: The descent to the Tilisunahütte takes place via a marked hiking trail that starts directly at the exit of the via ferrata.
Motivated mountaineers have the option to climb up to the Sulzfluh in about an hour from the exit and then descend from the summit to the Tilisunahütte.

Directions
From the Tilisunahütte, follow the signpost towards Partnun (1.5 hours). You go over the Tilisunafürggeli and mostly follow this meadow path until the entrance of the family via ferrata slightly above the Partnunsee.
Before you reach the entrance of the Partnunblick via ferrata, I recommend warming up by approaching via the family via ferrata.
The descent takes place on a marked hiking trail. Afterwards, return along the same path back to the Tilisunahütte.
