Höhenprofil
A scenic bike route through the Maisäß landscape of Montafon.
This varied route combines relaxed cycling with impressive scenery. From Aktivpark Montafon in Schruns-Tschagguns, you start leisurely along the bike path to Vandans. The Ganeu service road takes you through an idyllic environment with forests, meadows, and the traditional Maisäß settlements of Montafon.
A refreshment is offered at Haus Matschwitz before you continue along the Gafazut path. Past the Gampadels reservoir, you finally reach Bitschweil, where the winding and narrow Bitschweilstraße leads you back to the starting point at Aktivpark Montafon.
A route that perfectly combines scenic highlights and Montafon authenticity.
Plan a break at Haus Matschwitz to enjoy Montafon hospitality, and ride the narrow Bitschweilstraße with extra caution – it demands full attention and consideration. Free Aktivkarte for (e-)mountain biking available at all Montafon tourism offices.
