These culinary delights await you
The e-mountainbike enjoyment route is—as the name already suggests—a route for true connoisseurs. On this leisurely route toward St. Gallenkirch, you can expect not only breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain world but repeatedly also homemade culinary delights—pure enjoyment.
Starter:
At the start of the enjoyment route, Andrea and Andreas spoil you with a genuine Montafon specialty—marinated “Sura Kees” directly from Alpe Nova. If it’s cooler outside, alternatively a homemade cheese soup provides comforting warmth. And as a special highlight, son Roman plays his Styrian harmonica while you enjoy the regional delicacies.
Main course:
At the second stop of the enjoyment route in Nova Stoba, it’s all about pasta—a real highlight for all noodle lovers. The chef conjures up two delicious pasta dishes, one of which is even homemade. Let yourself be surprised and enjoy fine alpine pasta creations in a unique mountain setting!
Dessert:
At the third stop of the culinary tour through Montafon, the sweet finale awaits you! The team at Vermalawirt spoils you with heavenly desserts—from fluffy Kaiserschmarrn to a refreshing blueberry ice cream cup, to classic apple strudel with vanilla ice cream or cream. A moment of enjoyment you should not miss!
Our tip: You can rent your e-mountainbike for the Montafon e-mountainbike enjoyment route at a sports shop in Montafon or at Intersport Fisher (10% discount on the event day). A reservation in advance is recommended.
