    The tour is perfect for beginners wishing to ride up a mountain for the first time. The Hochhäderich is the destination – the most westerly mountain of the Nagelfluh range with a stunning view as far as Lake Constance. The first part of the tour takes you via the asphalted road to Au. From there, you cycle along a narrow mountain road past meadows, later on through the wood to Hennenmoosalpe and up to the Hochhäderich mountain inn. After a break for refreshments, you take the same route back to Hennenmoosalpe, continue to Hotel Hochhäderich and take the asphalted road into the valley towards Hittisau. Once you have finished the tour, it is worth taking a detour to Hittisau swimming pool. The oldest covered wooden bridge in the country – Kommabrücke – is only a stone’s throw away.
