    Experience a breathtaking hike from the Vergaldaalpe to the Vergaldner Joch.

    Start your hike at the Vergaldaalpe, which you can easily reach by mountain bike. There you can securely park your bike at a Bike&Hike stand (during alpine season) and continue the hike on foot. The path takes you through picturesque alpine meadows and rocky trails up to the Vergalda Joch at 2,515 meters. At the top, you’ll find a spectacular panoramic view of the Silvretta and Verwall mountain ranges. An unforgettable natural experience for hiking enthusiasts!

  • Directions

    The route starts at the Vergaldaalpe, which you reach by mountain bike. There you can securely park your bike at the Bike-&-Hike stand. From the alpine pasture, the hiking trail leads steadily uphill over alpine meadows and rocky paths to the Vergalda Joch at around 2,500 meters. The trail is well marked but somewhat challenging, especially on the rocky sections. Once at the summit, you will be rewarded with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain ranges. The return path takes you back the same way to the Vergaldaalpe, where you can get back on your mountain bike and end the route.
