SUP Yoga at the lido Bregenz
From July to September, interested people have the opportunity to experience the element of water during Water Flow Yoga sessions with Carolin on Friday evenings and Sunday mornings. It combines tranquility and movement, stands for life and change, but also for clarity and purity.
Yoga at the lake & the river
For a change of pace, Anna Blume offers summer yoga breaks in Höchst on Lake Constance and at the old Rhine in Lustenau (next to the volleyball court) with classes for beginners and slightly advanced students every Wednesday at 9:00 am.

Summer Yoga in Hittisau and Schwarzenberg
With gentle, flowing exercises, yoga fans can start the day with guidance in two Bregenzerwald swimming pools throughout the summer. Afterwards, participants can refresh themselves in the cool waters.
Every Tuesdays with Elfriede Nußbaumer at the outdoor pool in Hittisau and on Wednesdays with certified Yoga Alliance teacher Claudia Jochum-Breuß at the Schwarzenberg swimming pool.

As part of the LechErLeben summer programme, expert instructor Marilena Walch invites you to participate in yoga every Wednesday in the midst of flowery meadows at Petersboden, where, against the impressive mountain backdrop, participants can look forward to a dynamically powerful but also calm and relaxed Vinyasa flow. Every Fridays Marilena accompanies you relaxed into the evening during sunset Yoga.

Johannes von shiwayo accompanies the participants in mindful and conscious yoga classes in the great outdoors. At Oberkaltberg on Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings, at Bödele always on Thursdays for the sunset.

At the inatura in the Dornbirn City Garden, HotYogaBox offers its summer yoga programme in July and August on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays when the weather is warm and dry. The one-hour outdoor sessions are appropriate for all levels.

Ländleyoga rolls out the mats at the sports stadium in summer. Outdoor classes are held every Thursday with dynamic Vinyasa flows accompanied by the chirping of birds and beautiful panoramic mountain views.
