    The access points are located at the golf course, Aktivpark Montafon, Tschagguns train station, Kaltenbrunnen train station, Roter Stein, or in Bahnhofstraße in Vandans (slightly above the train station).

    The trails are mainly set for classic style; some sections are also possible for skating.

    In Montafon, the cross-country skiing trails can be used free of charge.

    The connecting trail leads from Tschagguns to Tschagguns train station along the Ill and the winter hiking trail. From Tschagguns train station, you reach Kaltenbrunnen train station via part of the small and large Landschrofen loop. From there, the trail continues downstream along the Ill and the winter hiking trail to Vandans.

    Just leave your car standing

    The regional buses of the Montafonerbahn operate throughout Montafon. The main lines run hourly from Schruns train station.

    From the Schruns train station, you can reach Schruns-Tschagguns by bus line 2a or 2b. The stop is: “Sportplatz/Aktivpark“. In five minutes on foot, you reach Aktivpark Montafon via the underpass and Ill bridge.

    For the return trip

    Using bus line 2a or 2b, you go back from Zelfen in Tschagguns to Schruns train station. From there, you can transfer to the Montafonerbahn.

    Arrival by train

    The Montafonerbahn runs from Bludenz train station hourly (partly every half hour). There are also direct connections from Lindau (Germany) and Bregenz.
