Höhenprofil
Ultra is the name of the game here: at 15 km in length and over 1,000 metres in altitude, this route is only for those with stamina.
The Brandner Ultra also starts at the Alvierbad. At the beginning, the trail leads along the footpath into the valley to Schedlerhof. Here the trail branches off to the right to the main road. A short stretch on the main road, then off to the right across meadows and forests in the direction of Niggenkopf. The trail leads through the forest past to the Niggenkopf Terrasse. Over the Gulmarücken and over the Glattjoch almost to the Amatschonjoch. Here follows the turnaround and it goes downhill over the mountain station of the Palüdbahn, over the Palüd Maisäß and the Güterweg. Continue in the direction of the Innertal, at the Brügga hamlet turn right down onto the footpath and across two crossings of the Alvierbach stream to the starting point, the Alvierbad.
