The hike begins at the village square in Warth and heads toward the Wolfegg district, from where you’ll follow the trail uphill to the turnoff for the Alte Salzstraße. Following the Alte Salzstraße—a somewhat narrow path—you’ll reach the Jägeralp-Express valley station. From there, the trail continues on to Salober.

The trail continues past the Salober-Jet valley station uphill to the turnoff for Auenfeld. At this turnoff, keep to the right, and the route continues past the Obere Auenfeld Alpe to the Auenfeld-Jet. There, turn right and ride along the Auenfeld until you reach the turnoff to Körbersee. There, you can park your bike and walk the last few meters to Körbersee.

Tip: The Körbersee is perfect for a refreshing dip!

After your swim, head back to your bike, and the trail continues downhill to Schröcken.

Important note: Bring a bike lock and lock up your bike.
