via ferrata Madrisella
-
Höhenprofil
A moderately difficult via ferrata on the rocky north face of Madrisella, which takes you to the panoramic summit via 750 meters of climbing and a 450-meter ascent.
The Madrisella via ferrata is a scenic, enjoyable route designed for advanced climbers. Long, steep sections alternate with traverses and ridge sections, while the well-structured rock of the Madrisella North Face allows for natural climbing.
The highlight of the route is a nearly vertical rock face approximately 120 meters high, which requires a head for heights, endurance, and confident climbing. Several resting spots along the way offer opportunities for memorable breaks with views of the Montafon mountains. The via ferrata ends just below the Madrisella summit, from where a marked trail leads on to the summit cross.
