- Stierloch Trail
Fantastic training run with a magical view to Lech. The track can of course be run in both directions, the view is always magnificent.
This trail running round leads steeply up below the mighty Omeshorn summit massif. Ideal for an intensive training session or an evening run. At the Gstüat Alpe you can enjoy a wonderful view down to Lech before crossing the Stierlochalpe to Zug. The beautiful section from Zug to Lech completes this tour.
Stop at the Gstüat Alpe for a moment, let your breath rest and enjoy the view for a few moments before continuing.

From the village centre you walk towards Omesberg and follow the signs towards Omeshorn / Zürs. Shortly after the last houses, you go up on a beautiful forest path. At the beginning this path is steep, but in the further course it becomes flatter and narrows into a beautiful trail that leads steadily towards the beautiful Gstüat Alpe. A short time later you reach a turn-off, which you follow to the right in the direction of Stierloch / Stierlochalpe. From here it continues downhill to Zug. At the end the section follows the Lech back to the village centre.
