Mellau - Mellental - Lindachalpe - Hauseralpe - Bleichtenalpe - Mösle - Mellau

The tour for beginners takes you along the Mellenbach and through a forest, making it especially advisable on hot days. Below Lindachalpe, you cross the Mellenbach, then you take a strenuous ascent to Hauseralpe. You then continue uphill to Bleichtenalpe and, a few ascents and descents later, to the Mösle. From here, you cycle rapidly into the valley as far as Mellau.
Tip: at the start of the tour, in the nature reserve of Hoher Freschen, is the goat alp of Alpe Buchen (a five-minute detour). It is open between mid-May and mid-October.
