  • Directions

    The loop starts at Freizeitpark Mountain Beach in Gaschurn. It follows the bike path downhill to the valley station of the Versettla Bahn. From there, it goes up via Pfanges to Ganeumaisäß and then continues to Lifinar Maisäß. At Lifinar Maisäß, you reach the highest point of the route. Then it goes downhill, passing over the Gundalatscherberg to reach the valley station of the Versettla Bahn again. From there, the bike path leads back to the starting point.

    Just leave your car parked

    The regional buses of the Montafonerbahn operate throughout Montafon. The main lines run hourly from Schruns station. With the Montafonerbahn, you can get from Bludenz station to Schruns. There, you change to bus line 650 and take the bus to the “Explorer” stop in Gaschurn.

    For the return trip

    From Gaschurn, take bus line 650 to Schruns station. With the Montafonerbahn, you get from Schruns to Bludenz.

    Arrival by train

    From Bludenz station, the Montafonerbahn operates hourly (sometimes every half hour). There are also direct connections from Lindau (D) and Bregenz.
