  • Propstei St. Gerold is located at the start of the beautiful area called „Großes Walsertal“. First, it was a little monastery, established on the grounds, given to Kloster Einsiedeln in Switzerland, by the holy St. Gerold. Today Propstei St. Gerold is a place for encountering, feeling and finding your own senses. Here you can enjoy functions, cultural conferences, guided tours through the site, wine tastings, the Propstei hiking walk of senses and silence, great food, good wines and last but not least, horse therapy with our own therapy horses. The benedictian hospitality has a long tradition and the Propstei-Team keeps this tradition alive every day. We are looking forward to welcome you to this unique place.
