  • We cultivate a versatile cuisine in which we use products from the monastery garden, our agriculture, the biosphere park “Grosses Walsertal” as well as from the region and process them freshly if possible. The milk comes from our neighbor Bernd Pfister, the trout from the trout farm Güfel in Meiningen, the organic turkey from Pirmin Bickel… Let us spoil you!

    Update as of 22 September 2021 regarding the gastronomy / restaurant:

    Due to the shortage of qualified staff in the restaurant, we are unfortunately unable to maintain our à la carte service until further notice.

    We thank you for your understanding, with your empathy you help us not to overload our active employees and new employees find a chance to learn the profession and to be there for our guests with joy and creativity.

    On 06.01.22 the restaurant is also open.
