Polsterei Mohr upholstery showroom

Upholstery is a rare craft, but one that enjoys a long tradition in the Bregenzerwald region thanks to the Waelder sofas of the Biedermeier period. Johannes Mohr has now taken this art to new levels of perfection in technology and design, with his workshop handling customised furniture designs and restored Biedermeier pieces alike. Given his desire to ensure the appropriate presentation of his craft and allow it space to breathe, he arranged for a showroom with an attic studio to be constructed opposite his workshop – using an architectural design by his brother.
