Alpenregion Bludenz

Brandnertal, Bludenz/Walgau, Klostertal
Skiers, nature lovers and families - the Alpine Region Bludenz and its four valleys in the south of Vorarlberg offers something for every taste.

Bodensee-Vorarlberg

Cities that are pleasantly small, enchanting nature and a plum position for excursions around the country-spanning Lake Constance. A prime destination for gourmets. A vibrant and astonishing cultural scene. Known for its extravagant contemporary architecture. With Bregenz, Dornbirn, Hohenems and Feldkirch as urban hubs. The region is abuzz with colorful events and festivals: The Bregenz Spring dance festival, the Feldkirch Festival, the Bregenz Festival and the Schubertiade Hohenems from October to May.

Bregenzerwald

A picture-book setting: 22 pretty-as-can-be villages dotted with flower-decorated houses, many made of timber, nestling between wooded hills and imposing high-alpien mountains. The region has preserved its authentic natural landscape whilst creating innovative momentum. The Bregenzerwald Cheese Road is a dedicated trail of palatetitillating and informative stations and various events. Skiers come for the family ski resorts, hikers delight in a sheer endless variety of trails in summer and in winter.

Kleinwalsertal

Hirschegg - Mittelberg - Riezlern
The Kleinwalsertal is a most curious corner of Vorarlberg. By road, it can be reached only from Germany. On three sides, the valley is surrounded by 2,000 m high mountains. Here, quality means over-fulfilling expectations. A hotspot for hikers and visitors wanting to restore depleted energy levels in nature during summer. In winter, the Klein- walsertal-Oberstdorf area has 120 km of slopes catering to all levels of difficulty.

Biosphärenpark Großes Walsertal

Where the winter lives
Quietly the snowflakes fall in the Biosphere Reserve of Grosses Walsertal, turning the entire valley into a place of enchantment. Here in the mountains, winter makes itself at home. It is a time of red cheeks and crackling chimney fires, and crunching steps in soft snow.

Montafon

The eleven locations of AlpenSZENE characterized Alpine valley next to the beautiful landscape by extensive leisure and sports possibilities. In summer, tour the extensive network both for hikers as well as for cyclists and mountain bikers many ways the wonderful environment to explore and discover. In winter the Montafon transforms into a veritable paradise of winter sports facilities for skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, sledding, ice skating, and more.
